Pallet Coffee Roasters’ have developed this seasonal blend around a more traditional, developed flavour profile, bringing together three origins that each play a distinct role. Ethiopian natural adds light aromatics and a gentle brightness, Brazilian natural lays down the foundation with soft nutty notes and chocolate sweetness, and a washed Colombian lot ties everything together with balanced sweetness and a mild citrus lift that rounds out the finish beautifully.
