Pallet Coffee Roasters’ have built this seasonal blend around two natural processed coffees that each pull their own weight. The Ethiopian component comes from approximately 375 smallholder farmers delivering to the Testi Ayla Washing Station in the village of Bombe, Sidama, contributing vibrant aromatics, refined sweetness, and a gentle brightness. The Brazilian component from Serra Negra in Minas Gerais lays down the foundation: smooth, heavy body, comforting nutty notes, and a rounded chocolate depth that anchors the whole blend beautifully.
