Cooking Tips
Thin edge side: Perfect for steakhouse-quality sear marks. Place meat on the grate and sear until marks appear, then rotate 90° to build a crosshatch pattern. For best results, shift to an unused section of the grate for maximum heat and crisp definition.
Flat side: Ideal for fish, seafood, and delicate foods that need more surface support. The flat side also works great for smaller items that might otherwise slip through standard wire grids.
