Each producer utilized a similar multi-stage washed processing method, allowing for a post-process blend that maintains technical consistency while showcasing the variety’s inherent glucose-rich sweetness and floral complexity.
The sensory experience is defined by a tart and crisp profile, featuring vibrant notes of red berries and an integrated acidity.
