Slowly roasted to obtain the strong and distinctive taste of Pellini coffees.
It is a blend of Arabica and Robusta beans in the proportions of 80/20. Perfect for both espresso and white coffee. Espresso has a well-balanced flavour without acidity, full-bodied thick crema and slightly spicy aroma.
