Model Numbers & Fit
XL Oval thermometer is bigger and includes a bezel ring. Large Oval, Junior Oval and Kamado Round take a slightly smaller thermometer.

Installation Notes
Primo’s new thermometer uses a slightly larger mounting hole than earlier models. The installation video from Primo will walk you through the simple, but necessary, modification.
- You will need a drill and a 3/8″ masonry drill bit to widen the existing hole in the ceramic dome.
- A 3/8″ masonry bit is commonly available at local hardware stores.
- Follow Primo’s instructions and go slowly to avoid chipping the ceramic.
