Description
Medium Big Green EGG accessory holds a wok or heat deflector, sets atop the ConvEGGtor to elevate a pizza stone or lifts hot objects off the table.
Note: The Medium Spider fits the Medium Big Green Egg. It does not fit other manufacturer grills.
Flip up or down:
Down, the Spider creates a platform inside the fire ring to hold a 12″ wok or 10″ heat deflector. Up, the Spider holds a wok higher, lifts a pizza stone above the ConvEGGtor or supports a hot item above your outdoor table.

To confirm which Spider fits your Medium EGG, you need to check your grill’s fire ring and take a measurement prior to ordering.
3 Leg Spider:

Confirm the fire ring is smooth all around or has 3 notches for the ConvEGGtor. Also confirm, the fire ring’s inside diameter is approximately 13-3/8″ across the top.
The Medium 3 Leg BGE Spider holds objects 8 to12-1/4 inches in diameter. It drops 1-1/8 to 1-3/4 inches into the fire ring, depending on if placed in/out of the ConvEGGtor notches.
5 Leg Spider:

Confirm the fire ring has 5 shallow dimples on top, and the fire ring’s inside diameter is approximately 12-3/8″ across the top.
The Medium 5 Leg BGE Spider holds objects 8 to 11 inches in diameter. It drops 1-1/8 inches into the fire ring.
Specs:
The Spider is fabricated using 1/4-inch Stainless round bar. The legs are TIG welded to the ring for increased durability. The ring’s outside diameter is approximately 8-1/2 inches.
